Payment Policy

Brown's Pharmacy provides multiple secure payment options to ensure you can access your medication without delay. All transactions are encrypted and processed through licensed Kenyan financial gateways.

1. Supported Payment Methods

  • M-Pesa Express (STK Push): During checkout, you will receive a pop-up on your Safaricom line to enter your PIN. This is our preferred method for Nairobi Express Delivery.
  • Airtel Money: We support Airtel Money for all pharmaceutical purchases. Simply follow the prompts on your device or use the provided Till Number to complete your transaction.
  • M-Pesa Paybill/Buy Goods: You may manually pay via our official Till Number provided on the checkout page.
  • Debit/Credit Cards: We accept Visa and Mastercard via our secure 3D-Secure payment gateway.
  • Corporate Insurance: For corporate clients with pre-approved accounts, we process payments via your insurance provider subject to a valid co-pay where applicable.

2. Payment Security & PesaPal Integration

Your financial security is our top priority. All online payments at Brown's Pharmacy are handled via PesaPal's secure, PCI-DSS compliant channels. This ensures that your credit card and mobile money details are processed using bank-level encryption. We do not store your M-Pesa/Airtel Money PINs or full card numbers on our servers.

3. Verification & Clinical Clearance

Please note that for Prescription-Only Medicines (POM), your payment constitutes an "Authorization to Dispense." If our pharmacist determines the prescription is invalid or the medication is unsuitable for your clinical profile, the transaction will be cancelled and a full refund issued immediately.

4. Currency and Taxes

All prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES). Prices are inclusive of all applicable government taxes (VAT). A detailed tax invoice will be included with your physical delivery for your records or insurance reimbursement claims.

5. Transaction Failures

In the event of a technical failure (e.g., provider timeout), please do not attempt a second payment until you have checked your mobile money balance. If money has been deducted but the order status remains "Unpaid," please contact our accounts team with your M-Pesa or Airtel Money Transaction ID.
